dropped a pound which is about my average unless I am swollen. Hope to get close to 190 this month but I sit about 9 hrs a day doing computer work. so I have to add movement with inventive ways.

Good morning everyone! Sorry I wasn't able to get on Th or F emoticon I was sick on Th so I slept about 12 hours and last night I slept about 6.5 hours.

Nightly check in. I took the kids since the "men and boys" are off camping, and we went to see Ironman 3. The kids got a rare treat (since we never go out to movies - with 8 of us, it is just too expensive) and had popcorn and soda. I never let them drink soda except as a special treat. I am very proud of myself that I didn't touch a bite.

Lisa Im glad you are ok.. accidents can be scarry.
Im heading out to hopefully finish round 1 of the wacking my yard. I hope neighbor can figure whats wrong with my mower soon. Meantime I have to use weedwacker so annoying but backyard turned jungle- round 1 almost done, then its trying to wack it closer to ground until it rains again and its starting over ugg

Morning! I have gotten at least 8 hours a night of sleep except for Tuesday night when I got only about 6.5 hours. I don't do well on anything less then 7 though so I was dragging all the next day.

Good morning Bulls. I'm glad to see so many out and in the pasture this morn. Its a nice cool day here, and I hope to get a little weeding done in the vegetable garden. I have a donation at Biolife Plasma this morn, but Monday, it took 4 people to stick me for my donation and they left bruises on both arms. They won't let you donate if you have bruises, so we will see.

I'm still sore on my right hand and shoulder from the accident. I am scheduled to work tonight down in Vegas, and I'm scheduled to be charge nurse. I have spoken with DH about it and am considering calling in for both nights and allowing my body some time to rest. Tomorrow night DH has father/son campout with the boys, so he will be gone. Tonight is a mother/daughter "T" party for my 8 year old with a light dinner to be served. A lady in our church had said she would be a "substitute" mommy for my 8 year old since I am scheduled to work, but I let her know last night that I might not go down to work. We will see how I feel later.

Yesterday morning, I woke up and stepped on the scale (I usually weigh daily to track my water retention) since I tend to retain water, and the scale was up. I had not taken my Lasix for a couple of days, so I took it and --- boom -- this scale shows a 2 pound loss today. I just need to remember to take my Lasix like I'm supposed to.

Well, I will check back later and let see how everyone is doing. Sorry for the rambling. Thanks for the well wishes on the accident everyone.

Well, Wednesday is winding down. Tomorrow is TOPS class. We are having weigh-ins only due to the State Recognition Day. I'm tired and 5:30 a.m. comes early.

Afternoon Bulls. I went and signed the papers for the repairs for my car and picked up the rental car. Ran a bunch of errands, and now the kids are home from school. This isn't a written article, but it is a TED talk. I addicted to these! I love them and find them so inspirational. This one really spoke to me, because the speaker was an overweight child. He talks about how his cousins held and intervention and convinced him to lose the baby weight before it impacted his life. He then was inspired to become a fitness coach. He goes on the discuss how we tell our own story impacts our life. Is your story a rom com, a drama, action, etc. If I'm honest, I think my story has always been a drama and a boring one. I've decided that I want my life to be an exciting action adventure with a romantic subplot.

Good morning everyone. I didn't emoticon well last night - stupid cats got locked outside and scratched on the door at 5:15 this morn. Also still sore from the car accident yesterday.

I'm emoticon about my less than 1 year old new car. I had to buy a car when my 18 year old totaled my other one, so last year bought a new 2012 Chevy Cruze. I drive 130 miles each way to work, so having a reliable car is important. Yesterday a kid T-boned it and did some pretty serious damage. I couldn't even open the driver's side door to get out of the vehicle. I am fine, just a little sore. None of the 14 air bags in the car deployed.

I am very emoticon about the Red Bulls this month. We are doing very well as a team. We have some people who are little less active (some don't have access to a computer every day), so I would like all of us to reach out to the people we don't see on as often and offer some encouraging words.

Thanks everyone, and congratulations to us all for taking the steps necessary to be healthy and strong.

Each of the steps has an article that goes deeper into that step. These articles taught me that my mind was the biggest thing hurting my weight loss. They taught me how to get past certain aspects in my life that were blocking me from reaching my goals. There is so much information it's hard to describe it all. Evening Bulls!!! Got my workout in ANNNNNDDD...I have managed to get in at least 6 hours of sleep so far this week... emoticon Below is a link to an article I came across today. Good day, hiked for 96 minutes during my daughters softball practice, burning 1300+ calories. Ate great, tried some new turkey burger patties I bought, put a wedge of laughing cow light garlic and herb on it, a slice of tomato, and wrapped it in a huge romaine leaf; YUM!

Hi Jane. Can you please clarify your weight for me? I show starting weight as 382 and week 1 weight as 376. You show Week 2 weight as 372, but a loss of only 2. Can you let me know?

GOOD MORNING RED BULLS ! WOW, A LOT of bulls in the pasture already today. That's great to see.

I slept about 8 hours. So, sleep emoticon

There's not much going on. We are helping our son with his Social Studies project. We are trying to find a pair of boots that will pass for WWI.

I ate a healthy breakfast, oatmeal with cottage cheese. YUM ! Planning on emoticon AND emoticon .

I have a busy day ahead. Once the kids are off to emoticon I am going to emoticon 2 miles to Kmart to get my Mom her birthday & Mother's Day gifts. I then have a meeting at noon, then I have to go to PennDot to get a replacement license. After that, my son has an apt at CHOP's Healthy Weight Clinic and then we are going shopping at the mall to get him an outfit for his school's first mother-son dance emoticon this Saturday. Finally, we end our day with baseball practice emoticon and then cub scouts...Whew!

Hey Red Bulls, as you know this is week 2 of the challenge. Forget about week one and act as if this is the start of it all. Give your all and go at it full force. Examine what you could do better this week, how you can encourage your teammates even more this week, get in the fitness until it become something your body craves. Make better food choices, but most of all don't give up. Stay in the race and keep moving forward. Felicia
