I got my water aerobics in and before that did 1 hour weight training. ***FEELIN' GOOD LIKE I KNOW I SHOULD***

Today is the first day of school for most of my kids. Well, it is difficult to eat on time when I have not been. But, I am looking forward to it getting easier. I did get the first part of my exercise in. Happy losing to all and to all a good day!

Hey, Beth! I wouldn't feel too guilty about that cantelope. They are so nutrient dense and probably the best fruit of all! Not to worry.

So my workout for the week? What else? WALKING! I aim at burning 3,200 calories each week. So I walked 112 minutes today and 30 minutes yesterday. That equals 1,011 calories so far for the week! Steps equal 16,000 today for my streak!

Dont really have a workout schedule right now just trying to keep up with the house work with my kitchen "STILL" not done!! Going to empty out my bedroom this week as all of the stuff from the kitchen has migrated to my room somehow.

Ugh, what a weekend. Am glad it is over though. I swear, I ate out every meal and I know that I did horrible. I went up 3 lbs in just 1 day from the food alone. (That is what the scale said at least.) emoticon

But now, it is the start of a new week and a new challenge!! I will reach my goal!!

My workout schedule is 30 min CrossRamp (like a stair climber) on Wed and Fri nite. Also doing a lot of walking everyday (have to walk all over campus for classes) and also stretching and throwing in any cardio that I can, like dancing to music, etc.

Also- my streak for the week is staying "IN" for my calorie range. ¡¡Everyday!! And that includes next Saturday during the wedding reception!!

I did however find out why it is BAD to eat fruit for lunch.......STARVING and it is not dinner time yet....uughhhh!!!

So do I get my brownie points for my 5 fruit??? that had to be atleast 5 servings.......lol....and eating watermelon with dinner!! Not a big veggie day but I ate tons of them yesterday.

Ok everyone I am feeling confused....

First the confession.....
I just ate a whole cantaloupe, just started with half and it was so good that I went back for seconds emoticon

While I am kinda feeling guilty I did track it and it was only 135 calories (yes I am correct I weighed it).

So do I feel bad for eating all of it or is it ok since I counted it as my lunch??

Goal is to eat breakfast every day

This weekend was a mighty challenge. My brothers came in and we did a little partying. My Mothers 85th birthday was Saturday and we went to her favorite "all you can eat" buffet. Yesterday was a family reunion in a park and they catered in "Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken", with all the fixin's. I was mindful this whole weekend and tracked everything and kept with in my calorie range everyday. emoticon

So today is weigh in day and the scale said I maintained...I'll take it.

Also chose a streak for the week. That on thing that's so hard and you realy need to commit to.

NEW CHALLENGE NEW CHANCES

READ THE RULES CAREFULLY:

1. REPORT WEIGHT WEEKLY! You can only post your weightlos once a week. If you lose during the week, that's great. It goes with the next weigh-in.

2. REPORT WEIGHT not matter what it is, LOSS, GAIN or MAINTAIN! ! (In This team the last two are highly unwanted of course),

3. If you do gain one week, you must lose that gain before the next loss counts.

4. PARTICIPATE! It's a team effort, so be there for your team not just in losses, but also in participation in the challenges and the games.

5. FEAR THE YKW!!!!!!

Be a team player be supportive to the team. Syncopating in the other teams is allowed, but no bad comments (unless they are about whips) No tongue sticking out and so on. We're graceful losers all.

You don't need to change weigh-in day: Your staring weight is the loss from your weight measured last week. If you haven't weight for some time: i suggest weight in today or tomorrow and go from there.
