It may not sound like much, but I used an app that has very short as well as much longer meditations. I think of them like guided reflections. So even getting in that three (3) minutes of mindfulness can mean a lot.

Whatever you do to be mindful is really up to you... Looking at nature; listening to sounds around you. Watching family, friends at play, at work, at rest. Looking after your home life, wherever that may be, without sources of visual or sound distraction. Sounds simple, and really is simple to do -- but more challenging to practice!
