Diet C- I always start out the day good and then it is all downhill from there.

~ 100 + grams of protein like the nutritionist suggested.

Now that I am exercising more, the water is starting to get easier to drink. It isn't that I wasn't drinking water, but I just tend not to drink a lot. In fact, I love water.

Hmmm,
As a teacher I would like to know what an A, B C looks like so I myself correctly.

Off hand I would say my diet and exercise is in the B range, and that is only for this week (2 days).

PS. My scale is doing the same thing and my sisters and I just bought a nice new one. We will keep it at my mothers and tonight is my first weigh-in on the new scale. I think I lost weight this week, but am concerned that the new scale may not show it.

I want to know how everyone thinks they are doing...

It's hard for me, cause I am sure my scale is broken. I stepped on and it said 360. So I tried again and it said 245... hmmm.
