My goals:
Nope = Make it to 190 to go closet shopping.
Yes = Attend Zumba Tuesday nights
Yes = Run/Walk 4 days a week
Yes = Workout at 7am three days a week with ladies.

I did good with my goals except for the first one. I know what I did, for a part of July and Aug. I said forget it about it and just ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. Consequently my weight went up to 200lbs after getting it to 192. I am happy to report that I am down to 193 again and very thankful to be back at school where I am on a set schedule and not at home with a quick walk to the kitchen. Looking forward to going closet shopping in a few weeks. :)

Sadly, the heel has been on hold since MAY! I even did a 5k the same day I hurt it... I know, not proud of it!! Is feeling better though :)

I'm taking Zumbatomic, Salsa & Merengue Mashup, Caribbean Heat, African Workout, and Zumba Brazilian Carnival. I wanted to take Aqua Zumba but it was full when I joined. I just became an instructor in July, even though I used to be an Aerobics Instructor awhile back.

About the hand, I am taking it a little slower because I dont want to go to FL with the cast on!!!

No convention for me this year. My instructor friends and I decided to take the workshops locally that we wanted instead of going to Orlando this time around. Today is our 2 year ZIN anniversary! Unbelievable!!! I went to the first one in 2008. That's where I got B2 and Toning. I didn't go last year because it was during the first week of school, and my daughters were seniors. You will be soaking in an unbelievable amount of information and fun. Enjoy every second!!! What workshops are you taking?

Wait until you get home before even considering talking to the doctor about the heel. I know that's irresponsible advice. :) Tell that heel to hold on for a few more weeks. ha ha ha. Take care of that hand!!!!!

I actually cant clap :( today I went to the doctor and they actually changed the cast to a longer one.. this is torture. When I told him I was doing zumba he almost hit me with the old cast.

I negotiated to try and remove it on the 23rd because I'm going to the convention on the 26th. Are you going to the convention?

I'm actually working out even with the cast, and teaching my class on Wednesday because is a new group so is still pretty basic :)

Actually I gotta admit I hurt my right heel in May doing Steps and sometimes still hurts, but I refuse to go to the doctor for that one.

VALCARAZ...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I am doing better! I taught last Friday night, with another instructor, and it went great. I taught this week on Wednesday, both my 30 minute Zumba Toning and 60 minute Zumba, and it was great too! I'm feeling pretty good and very VERY happy about it.

How can you clap with a cast?!!! I would just cry. While I was out resting my achilles I cut my hand. I told the doctor it better be healed and in a regular bandaid. I HAVE to clap! :) Take care!!!

Hope you're doing better!! I fell in front of the gym about a month ago and now I have a cast in my left hand. So I feel your pain!

I'm still working out anyway, but is not as fun :( today I have to teach a Zumba class and trying to find joy to do it

OK, my goals are:
1. Get to 145-150, instead of the constant 152-154.
