I have been working out consistently, and have been eating better than I had been. I have lost 4 pounds since January 1st, and am slowly but surely working towards my goal of wearing a bikini to the beach on May 1st, and not scaring anyone!

In 2010 I Will:
- Run my first 5k in the Spring
- Feel sexy in my favorite bikini when I go to the beach in July
- Adopt a vegan diet

I'm so excited about these changes. I'm really sick of the way I've been treating myself for the past couple of years, and I'm going to CHANGE this year! yay!

Good Morning! I have house guests this week, so I took a day off of working out yesterday to spend the evening with my sister-in-law and her friend after work last night.

Tonight, I am going to my Latin Dance class!

2010 Goals:
1. Keep making small changes to my lifestyle (more fruits and veggies, fewer sodas, etc.)
2. Reach 145 by my birthday on April 17th.
3. Finish my prereqs and get into nursing school.
4. Pay off half of all non-student debts.
5. Save at least $5,000.

Hope y'all don't mind the non-weight goals, but felt good to put them out there.

Good Morning! Looks like it's Finally going to start warming up here in Florida: in the 60's & low 70's again.

This morning I am off to the gym: 30 minutes Cardio and 40 minutes Weight Lifting!

1. Gym 12 times a month. 1 spinning class for each day short of that goal.

2. Walk/Run 365 miles in 2010

I actually got it from another website (www.flylady.net...it would be under Body Clutter. This is really a cleaning/organization type website!). I love it though! I keep it in a sheet protector so I can dry erase it and don't have to keep making copies. I can carry it with me everywhere so I can stay on track all day (I don't have access to spark during the day). And it reminds you that losing weight is something nice to do for you! You're blessing yourself by moving and fueling your body with the right foods!

I am starting a new plan as of tomorrow. I have a form to record everything I am doing (sleep, exercise, water drank, vitamins and food). I am starting this tomorrow. I am blessing myself with this!

I do not have a set amount of pounds I want to lose because I am not sure if my goal is realistic or not. I will see how much I can lose and also try to really tone up. At the very least, I want to be in better shape this year!

I'm with ANEENZZ, I needed to restart ANY program and actually stick with it.

My goals include working out 5 - 6 days a week. Forcing myself to go to the dance classes at the gym, even if I feel big! Working weight training back in too. So far so good on the working out (still haven't gone to a class yet).

My food goals right now are medically forced which could end up being a really good thing. My doctor has asked me to try gluten free for a month, so I started that Monday.

Today I did 30 minutes cardio, 35 minutes weight lifting, and 5 minutes stretching afterwards.

Kept my calories in check: Carnation instant breakfast w/ vit-D milk (better to help your bones absorb the calcium), shrimp & andoulle sausage gumbo for lunch, and meatballs & portabello mushrooms for dinner - and a breadstick.

By the way - it is FREEZING in Florida right now! Really cold! Brrrr!

My goal is to completely transition to a RAW Vegan Diet, get off of my duff and get to excercising like I should!

If the cold would end...........geez......get back to riding the horses and working the dogs on their agility course.

In 2010, I am determined to take back my health, eat better, look and feel better!!!

My 18 year old says I am the most beautiful mama, and I want to BE the beutiful mama.

I am going to go more herbal and natural in my approaches to health and life.

My resolutions include to work out at least 4 times a week and going back to veganism, which I started on New Year's Eve morning. I'm trying to include some kind of fruit/veggie in every single meal and snack also:)

And long term goal? Probably wont happen in 2010 is to be able to do the splits in every direction.

my resolution is to re-start ANY program!! LOL kindda fell off the proverbial stunt pyramid, and never got up!
BUT i finally found a consequence/treat!! kindda a long term one, but its a huge treat! LOL UNTIL I get back under 200lbs, i WILL NOT dye or cut my hair! YEY!

My resolution is to re-start my program, and to fit into a bikini by May 1st for the beach. The program is to do 2-3 60-minute cardio sessions and 2 weight-training sessions each week. I will also watch what I eat, and watch my portion control.

Hello! Well, it's January 2010 - and that means that many of us made New Year's Resolutions. Hopefully, we sat down, and truly thought out a plan to reach our goal(s). Writing it down helps, too.
