on Saturday I went to a new gym and did a total of 23 minutes of cardio and then some leg strength work. Would have stayed longer but hubby was done and ready to go. I was ok with it just because it was his first time officially working out in a gym in YEARS. I was thrilled he went with me.

yesterday was kickboxing and step and this morning tried Zumba with this instructor and loved it -he is one of the best instructors I have ever had :))
