This is the first weigh-in week since I started this site 3 weeks ago, that I had a increase instead of decrease. It wasn't unexpected, I hadn't felt like I had the last few weeks when the pounds were coming off. Yet, I'm still finding myself a bit frustrated, which I think is normal. I can come up with all kinds of excuses as to what happened, but I know the hard truth. I didn't overeat, I ate some wrong choices and part of it is fluid. I've been swelling a lot this past week.

I know 2 pounds sounds like nothing to fuss over, but it's the point that each pound regained defeats my overall goals. So, how do I keep my spirits up, prevent the rushing load of negative thoughts from seeping in and pushing me towards the frustrating eating more or give up road.
