Been slacking on posting my calorie range and exercise, so I'm going to pick up on Week 4 of the year.

Jan. 21 = calories 2,031 exercise = 0
Jan. 22 = calories 1,564 exercise = 15 minutes
Jan. 23 = calories 2,246 exercise = 33 minutes
Jan. 24 = calories 2,144 exercise = 21 minutes
Jan. 25 = calories 1,403 exercise = 30 minutes

My calorie range for 2018 is 1300 or less each day. I want to lose 8 pounds to reach my goal and be on maintenance this year .

In 2018 I aim for a calorie range between 1500-1800 for the first half of the year and then take it down to 1200-1500.

In 2018 I aim for ten minutes of exercise for 365 days.

As we all know at the first of a New Year we are all about setting goals. That's what we did at the first of 2017 and as I looked back over them this morning I decided it would be good for us to all revisit last year's goals and state new ones for 2018.
