Monthly Goal is AT LEAST 10 minutes of exercise per day

Week 1
December 1 = 10 minutes
December 2 = 20 minutes
December 3 = 10 minutes
December 4 = 0 minutes
December 5 = 19 minutes
December 6 = 8 minutes
December 7 = 5 minutes
December 8 = 10 minutes
December 9 = 0 minutes
