My goal is to stick between 1500 and 1800 calories per day.

Choose a nutrition goal for each day. Stay within that goal for each day posting results here. My goal will be staying between 1200 -1500. Try to stay within 20% Protein, 30% fat and 50% carbs or as close to thee percentages as you can. Get your exercise along with good nutrition and you WILL lose pounds!
