This challenge is to commit to a calorie range and stay in it each day for a weekly challenge. If you haven't been losing with the one suggested by SP then try something lower.

I had to lower mine by 500 calories a day to start losing. This might be too many for you so choose according to what you think you can manage and be sure to check your percentage chart at end-of-day to be sure you are eating the right foods.
