My personal goal is 1 strength or stretching goal daily.

9/01=stretching/new video
9/02=yoga
9/03=Kettle bell WO
9/04=Resistance bands 22 minutes
9/05=Lower body exercise
9/06= cross trained on bike
9/07=
9/08=2 strength videos
9/09=Yoga
9/10=Kettlebell wo

My goal is:

Exercise at least 10 minutes each day.

9/1= 20 minutes
9/2 =10 minutes

This will be your personal choice for a small weekly goal.

Some choices could be: walk 10 minutes each day, drink 64 oz. water each day this week, keep fat percentage 20% or below, keep protein at 20% each day for the week, walk 30 minutes each day.

I will be choosing to do a small strength or stretching exercise daily.
