Daily Strength

7/04=Dumbbells (curls,rows,ect.)
7/18=Squats, dumbbell rows/ workout videos
7/22=2 WO's using kettle bell
7/25=Leg exercises, lunges/dumbell,etc.
7/27=2 Kettlebell workouts
7/29=Kettlebell WO

Please do 2 days of strength training each week for the month of July. Post weekly.
