6/3 = 15 minutes walking dog and 10 minutes of walking in place.
6/4 = 15 minutes Walk and Talk Video with Jessica Smith
6/5 = 0 minutes
6/6 = 30 Minutes water aerobics
6/7 = not sure exact time frame, but 10-30 minutes estimate
6/8 = not sure exact time frame, but 30-45 minutes estimate
6/9 = 45 minutes
6/10 = 40 minutes water aerobics
