6/20=strength with weighted ball, then pushups
6/21=walking outside, late evening
6/22= Leg toning exercise video
6/23=Extra walk
6/24=walking while watching TV

6/1 = 10 minutes walking in place
6/2 = 40 minutes water aerobics
6/3 = 25 minutes cardio and 12 minutes strength training.
6/4 = 15 minutes cardio and 5 minutes floor exercise
6/5 = 0 Minutes
6/6 = 30 minutes water aerobics
6/7 = 10-30 minutes walking
6/8 = 30-45 minutes walking (not sure exact time frame because I was uptown walking and I forgot to log the time, but I was up there over an hour and half)
6/9 = 45 minutes water aerobics
6/10 = 40 minutes water aerobics
6/11 = 30 minutes water aerobics
6/12 = 20 minutes Leslie Sansone Video
6/13 = 30 minutes Leslie Sansone Video
6/14 = 74 minutes stomach work and water aerobics
6/15 = 20 minutes Leslie Sansone video
6/16 = 64 minutes water aerobics and walking
6/17 = 45 minutes (treadmill and video)
6/18 = 0 Minutes
6/19 = 30 minutes treadmill
6/20 = 45 minutes water therapy
6/21 = 30 minutes walking and shopping
6/22 = 0 minutes did not feel well
6/23 = 30 housecleaning
6/24 = 0 minutes
6/25 =0 minutes
6/26 = 30 minutes

30 Days of 10 Minutes of Cardio or Strength Training.

Make one post for the entire month of June, update daily, weekly, or however you wish. Include the time frame and type of each exercise.

For example:
6/1 = 20 minutes of cardio
6/2 = 10 minutes of strength training
6/3 =

and so on until 6/30
