Exercise 5-7 times per week
2/1 - I walked 32 minutes!
2/2 - Walked 17 minutes
2/3 - Walked 15 minutes
2/4 - Walked 63 minutes, strength training at the gym
2/5 - Walked 29 minutes
2/6 - Walked 17 minutes, strength training at the gym

Try Something New this week
2/1 - tried a new salad for lunch yesterday and LOVED IT
