Excellent Challenge that I will beat.

Dec. 1 = 22 minutes (this might change by the end of the day, depending on the weather)
Dec. 2 = 25 minutes
Dec. 3 = 16 minutes
Dec. 4 = 0 minutes

This challenge is to walk 15 minutes each day in December. We can all walk , even inside for 15 minutes. Check out walk videos here on SP or just turn on some music and walk in place 15 minutes Post your accomplishments by the day ,week, or month.
