I consume & enjoy mostly vegetables with some fruit.

For me, I've never been one to eat meat, occasionally fish,
most grains, nuts/seeds, beans don't agree with me, never eggs/milk,
well any ways ...

I'm trying to be more close to that which agrees with my body &
less of random items available -- this is what's best for my digestion,
as well as, complete enjoyment of meals partaken of.
