The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

Well, I JUST found the answer to my own question, even though I looked in several places! Here it is . . .

"One frequently asked question is why you cannot calculate your “calories burned” from the strength training exercises in the Fitness Planner. You will burn calories while strength training, but that number can vary widely from person to person. Your current fitness level, amount of muscle, and intensity of your workout are all variables that make it difficult to determine an average number of calories burned.

Even though you can’t track the calories, strength training builds muscle which increases your metabolism, helping with weight loss. It is an important part of any exercise program."

Hello! I am wondering why our strength exercises are not kept track of by calories burned for each one and only gives us points earned?
