Owe that's good for me its been Health I have a low immune system and get sick easily So its been hard to work out when I have been sick so much. I have learned to exsept three things to over come it.
1. Know that the only thing I can do is try my hardest and keep pushing myself when I am well. 2.Excepted the fact that It's not about seeing the pounds melt a way fast but Really work on eating health and loosing the weight Healthy so that it will stay off. 3. Understand that my weight loss is diffrent from my friends so I don't get sad when im not lossing the weight like they are. But know I will get there to.
