Well, I go to bed around 10:00 and get up around 6:00 so 7.5 to 8.0 per night.
I sleep later on the weekends.

If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got.

6-7 hours most nights of the week. Weekends could be as much as 9-10.
