I'm in. I'm actually aiming for about 1,000 cardio minutes a month - that's 12,000 for the year. Works out to about 3 hours a week.

I'm in also. I have mine set for 1,436 fitness minutes for 2008, which is 30 min. 3x week. I wanted to keep my goals small since we're pregnant...least till July. emoticon

I am in, but not makeing any time commitments as for right now. I need to wait and see where I will be working the next couple of months.

We all need a little motivation I hope you all have got the SparkAmerica news letter what do you say we try as a team to get our numbers up I have pleged that I will work out 5,714 min for 2008 that is work out 4 times a week for 30min. I think it will be Awsome whos up for it
