I just bought the 30 day shred, hoping it will give me some motivation. I haven't been doing much and settling just for maintenance. I don't care how much weight i lose now, I just want to be more toned. I did day 1 today. I didn't think level one was very hard, even though I pushed myself as much as possible. by the end, i was just starting to get all revved up so i decided to do level 2 as well. LOL.. it was nice, got my heart pumping and my legs and hands shaking. I took measurements today. Will have to see how much change after 30. I am sure I will be sore tomorrow but going to try to stick with it. Hoping that posting here will keep me accountable.
Also, I was wondering how you all tracked it. I did levels one and two so 40 minutes of circuit training?
