Water is very important for us. We may, and I do, require more than the 8 glasses a day. The link goes to a water calculator I use to see what I need for my current weight. Mt requirement has dropped 9 ounces due to weight loss. Yipee!

For every day you do 15 minutes of any kind of cardio/aerobic exercise, you get 5 virtual points. For every 5 additional minutes you can do, you get 1 point. And for every "out of your usual," different type of aerobic exercise, you get 5 bonus points.

All you have to do is post your minutes, what you did, and keep a tally of your points. Let's see how creative we can be, and how many points we can rack up! But please be safe, sensible, and don't overdo it.

I've posted a template with a reference table at the bottom so you can copy and paste then edit for each days info. and not have to keep coming back to the first post to figure out the points.

Example: Walk 20 min. = 6 pts.
Example: Mambo to music 15 min. = 5+5 bonus pts= 10 total

4-1 walked 120 min = 26 points
4-2 walked 60 min = 14 + 20 ex = 100 + 30 Cardio = 8 = 122 points
4-3 walked 60 min = 14 + 190 Cardio = 48 + 14 = 54 points
4-4 walked 60 m = 14 + 21 ex. = 105 + 14 = 119 points
4-5 walked 120 m = 26 + 10 m boxes = 2 + 26 = 28 points
