I'm actually nearing the end of the weight loss journey I started way back in 2014, and I regret that I wasn't using Spark Community during most of that journey (though I have faithfully used the Nutrition Tracker as a major tool in my weight loss), but lately, I've really been enjoying interacting, writing daily blogs, and just getting to6) know others who are at various stages of their quest. I had no idea till very recently that there was a Sparkies geocaching group!

I weigh in on Wednesdays, and as of my last weigh-in, I hit somewhat of a personal milestone and got below the 160s. Here are my stats since the beginning:

STARTING WEIGHT 1/1/14: 329 ugly lbs.
CURRENT WEIGHT AS OF LAST WEIGH-IN (3/16/16): 158.7
TOTAL LOSS SO FAR: 170.3 lbs.
LBS. TO GO TO HIT HEALTHY GOAL WEIGHT: 3.7

It is my goal to finally hit my long-awaited goal before the end of March, so cross your fingers for me! Maybe if I can find some time to get out there and grab some caches, it will help burn those last few lbs. off.

Great job Kristy!

I am new on here so I'll post my total so far...

I started out at 380 lbs and 58 inches 8 weeks ago...I am now 350 lbs and 50 inches so am down 30 lbs and 8 inches in 2 months...yay! emoticon

I know it is a weird day but Wednesday is my weigh in day. It has always been the weigh in day for another team I was on so I kept it after I left that team.

I weigh every day, but only record my Monday weight. I have tried weighing once a week, I can't do it. I stress so bad about what is going on that it makes me crazy.
