Want to look extra fantastic in your holiday photos? Come sweat and groove with a BOOTCAMP YOGA series. This class will be an intense vinyasa flow with extra strength building moves. Prepare to sweat and find new strength! If weight loss is your goal there will be support for that too and wake up calls are included :) No yoga experience necessary! All you need is a willingness to sweat and find your inner and outer strength through commitment and hard work. BE POWERFUL!

Classes begin Thursday, October 14th at 0600 hours (AKA 6AM) last an hour and will continue twice a week for 4 weeks for a total of 8 classes. Just $75 for the series!

Kula Center is very convenient to downtown and other suburbs so it could be right for you no matter where you work. I am also working on a more northern location for the same series Wed/Fri so stay tuned for details!

I need FIVE OR MORE people to COMMIT to make this happen. The deadline to sign up is October 11th. If I don't have five paid participants by then the series will not happen. All money will be refunded at that point if there aren't at least 5 participants. Please go to here to purchase the package:
