i know my daughter said that the teacher were eatting it the next day.. and took home boxes i have got to keep up with it or i would never do any.. 10 min at a time and 3 times a day will can do it my friend.. i feel better today down 3 more lbs..

would have made sense to feed everyone with it.

My biggest issue right now is my exercise. Just not doing it. Been busy working on VBS stuff and just plain old procrastination. I am resolved to get on that treadmill starting Monday and do at least 30 minutes each day.

YOU CAN NOT FIX RUDE BUT MY D/H SAID THE SAME THING.. THEY HAD A LOT OF PIZZA LEFT OVER SO I AM NOT AT ALL SURE WHY THEY WERE THAT WAY WITH IT.. I MEAN AT LEAST 15 TO 20 PIZZA LEFT I KNOW THAT THE GUILD BOUGHT THE PIZZA SO WHY NOT LET PEOPLE EAT IT .. I KNOW THAT I HEARD ONE OF THE SERVERS SAY THAT THE STAFF GOT TO TAKE THE LEFT OVER HOME. I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE SOLD THEM TO MAKE BACK SOME OF THE MONEY SPENT ON THEM!!! THAT IS OKAY LAST YEAR AT THAT SCHOOL FOR MY DAUGHTER

Yes, people can be that way. I just ignore them as best as I can and go on my merry way. Is best that way or I would end up saying something I shouldn't.

SHE AND THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I WANTED DIET SODA !!!!! NO THANKS I WILL DRINK WATER.. RUDE AS EVERY.. !!!!! MY DAUGHTER GOT MORE PIZZA FOR HER DAD AND THEY DID NOT SAY A THING TO HER.. NOW I KNOW THAT I AM FAT BUT REALLY THE LADY THAT DID ALL THAT AND STOOD IN THE BACK STUFFING HER FACE WAS NOT AT ALL THIN.. !!!! JUST SAYING HOW SOME PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND COME OFF THAT WAY..I HATE TO BE JUDGED BY PEOPLE..

I still have no scale LOL but I think I'm doing OK. I have been trying to be careful about eating for last few days. I will get a scale next week when I get my last school check (PROMISE) LOL

i never got in my nap my brother and my sil were here so no time for one i did get in 7 hour last night.. the good thing is am down today just a little and that will not last long.. Going to a pizza party my dd. is in a the final cup stacking and is having a pizza party at her school just another day of eating.. but i am going to eat a big salad for lunch and drink a lot of water b4 wish me luck..

we all need to vent sometimes.... anytime :-)

on a down side i am back up in weight i know it is stress and lack of sleep .. i am going to take a nao my brother will be here in a bit to get his dogs groomed and i am going to get a nap in b4 they get here..

I would save that whole box including the invoice and get the guy on TV involved and see if there is anything the Attorney General of your state can do. They are the ones who handle fraud situations. I would even contact a small claims court lawyer if necessary.

OH Amy, I am so sorry all that has happened to you. I am glad I just went ahead and paid full price for what I got. My friend turned around and bought part of it from so I wasn't out all of it after all.

I posted this on F/B/ but i will tell you here that the food lovers sent me back the package that i sent them and said that it was not the complete set that they got back so sent me it and charged my debit card the full $260. over drafted my bank and did not even send me the kit that was mine back told me that it was to late to send it back past the 120 days so the B@#$ that i am called an attorney and i will get it take care of.. Francie the pack that they sent me back was dirty and nasty all written on not at all my writing smelled of smoke non smoker will not let any one smoke near me and no way no how in my house.. !!!!
I am so done with them i called the new;s we have a guy here on king 5 his name is Jessy and he go after companies like this.. i many have to go that way the attorney would cost to much but i did get my bank to stop any more of them taking money form my bank just tell them that you will pull all your money out.. that and my 3 kids have money that they got from when my dad passed away.. i had the money in my savings but that was is are vacation money.. they took the money and only charged me a small fee but it put me over the edge..
I had my 5 year old tv go out and that was just how bad my day was i got little to no sleep and get all this.. I put it all over the place on F/B about how bad the f/l plain was got told that they would sue me for slander if i did that.. not to worried as a ton of my friend also put it on there wall.. Nothing but a hard time with them..

i know that i can not rely on pill for a diet i need to just eat right and that is 1/2 the battle.. here is to getting it right and done for good.. 2 parties to go for me and i am so back on track..

Well, I have decided to just eat healthy without following any certain kind of plan. I will use up rest of my HCG pellets. I did have a high fiber, high protein cereal this morning with about a 1/4 cup of 2% milk and cold water added to it. Hubby laughed at me. I was out of skim so I didn't want to have a whole serving of 2% and that is what I did. Had my yogurt and a pear. Lunch was an omelet made with egg whites, egg substitute, 97% lean thin sliced ham. I will have a healthy chicken salad with a few low fat crackers for supper along with blueberry yogurt.
WATER WATER and more water!

Back in 06/07 I lost 70 pounds by just eating healthy, keeping calories no more than 1300-1400 a day and exercising 40- 60 minutes every day. That is something I HAVE to get back to doing.

i am doing good i was so good that i passed on fried chicken yes i did not even think about it it smelled so good but i stuck with my lean hamburger have you seen the thin buns i can not remember the name but they are thin got fresh tom lettuce and my pickle i got avocado that was so yummy.. i have got to get busy i have a bunch of house work laundry to get done going to wash my sheets and hang them out scrub out the pool and clean puppy box .. so busy.. i never even made it back on here yesterday ..

my kids go until l the 21 of June i hope to b out of the 200 by are vacation i can hope so any way.. had a very nice cobb salad for lunch it was so good raspberry vinaigrette dressing and a whole wheat roll with honey butter i know that the butter was not a good thing but it was so good

i am down again I'm at 220 now 3 lbs is not bad for a few days.. i keep my cal at 1200 or under.. i just wish that i did not every time i got stressed or depressed i did not gain.. and just give up that is my road block..brick wall what every you call it..

The only thing I have coming up is potluck at church Sunday night. Thank goodness. I am not going to get to go to family reunion on Mom's side because it is day before our VBS starts and I will be doing last minute things for that. I won't have time to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back with it starting at 1.
I am going to go back on pellets and Moreno tomorrow.

Francie how are you doing? i know how hard it is to keep starting over but we can do it..
i have another sport potluck bbq on the 6th that i know is going to kill then D.D. graduation on the 10th so 2 more days to get through them i am good..

yep, I think that would be good. I found that if I use tweezers, I can get them out better. I shake a few into the lid of bottle then use tweezers to pick them up and put under tongue.

yes but i am goning to stick with about 1000 to 1200 in cals.. and see how it goes..

got on the scale today and i am down i am now 227.. i got back up to 232. and i ran out of water pills i have to waite until i get paid on the 3 rd..

Francis i am starting on them on Tue another load day today.. i made cinnamon roll with my son.. he has not baked with me in a long time made me feel so nice and loved i miss my dad a bunch today and cinnamon rolls were his fav.. i told him that i was going to make them but his sister was gone and i would miss the help and he washed his hands and came and helped me they are still raising so they will be for later.. but i did make apple cinnamon waffles yummy.. that and bacon i know really bad for me or us but we hardly every have bacon and waffles are not that bad LOL

i am so there with you my son have another pot luck and D.D. graduation from 8th grade you name it i am eating all the wrong things and way to much of them.. had bbq again last night feel the fat coming on LOL.. New start for the summer.. Did you get the pellets from the pace i sent you i love that shipping was only a penny.. not at all a bad deal 2 bottles and it was under $70.. they are back up to reg price now so i am glad that i got them when i did..

I am just trying to hold my own right now until school is out! It has been 1 retirement reception after another!! Then potlucks somewhere in between!!!
At least in the summer, I am at home and can control my food and do my own cooking!!!
I am going to be back on the 17 day after this week and will also try the HCG pellets along with it. We'll see what happens.

well that dinner did a # on me i did not really want to do load days as i am not going to keep my class that low but i gained close to 3 lbs and i am not at all happy.. starting the Pellets on monday !!!!! i am also reading the flat belly diet my g/f is doing that and has lost 10 lbs in 20 day it says you can lose 15 in 30 but she is really working out and trying very hard.. i thumbed through it last night and have to give her the book back next week i did not want to buy another book i could wright a book my self with all that i have read but she wanted to know what i thought she loves it .. I really think that all the diet book are the same restrict your cals and work you butt off and lose a lbs or 2 and gain it back with one potluck i am so ready for some thing that will do the trick.. i do not want to shell out money for pills and books i need to find a life long thing that works..

got my pellets and i may start my load day on friday with FFA pot luck dinner always something that get in my way.. but i am happy to say that i am down 12 lbs this month.. yep 12 got on the scale today and i was down.. i am so close to being out of the 200 for the first time in 10 years.. that is a long time.. i was 160 when i got pregnant with my baby and she is 10 so almost 11 years..
i had a miscarriage after i had her and got my tubes tied i did not want to go through that again..i gained more weight after i lost that baby then when i had my D.D. and i have never lost that weight just keep adding to it.. having a high stress job do not help!!!

she did but i am not sure i want a man doc.. LOL it is much easier to talk to a lady about certain things i am going to try my sister doc she seem nice..

the shot got you out of pain but the side affects were not good.. my pellets should be here on Wen. they gave me tracking on them so i know that they are getting close they may be here today.. I am not sure i want to do any load day i do not need to but i know that i should.. a friend that ordered her said that she is going to do load days starting on Friday and start the diet on Monday.. I have told a lot of people about them.. i know that if i stick with it i will lose but i am afraid that once i stop them i will gain all my weight back.. i need to learn what to eat so that i do not gain.. My friend is doing the flat belly diet and that is working well for her.. She had a baby a few months ago and is back at her b4 pregnancy weight she took it right back off.. She had said that she had not lost all her baby weight form having her son that is 3 and is glad that she lost this weight.. She is wanting to lose another 20 lbs.. back to when she got married.. She is young so has a easy time luck lady i gain and it stays with me no matter how hard i try..

I have to find a new Doc soon mine is moving and now i will be with out her soon she will be gone by mid June.. Her D.h. is a surgeon and he is going to take over his dad practice in Mas..

I am trying hard. I am so bloated from the steroid shot I had to have in my knee. I bet I'm up 20 lbs!! I'm getting a new scale on the 31st.Finally. I am dreading seeing it.

i want to get this weight off for good and keep it off.. it is a life long journey i watch a show were this lady lost 140 or 150 lbs and she said it was an every day battle..

Tim (son) was almost 2 weeks late.. got told July 1 then 4th then if i did not have him by the 10 my grandpas b-day they were going to induce well 2 day later i finley had him c-section..

My Mom birthday is July 12th!

i went 48 hours in labor i had a bad bad doc and my son was born c-section started my induction on July 10 and i had him on July 12 at 12 am I told them that i did not want to have his b-day on friday the 13th so they made it 11;59 but the nurse that put it in put it in as noon and not midnight so his birth time is way off. but that is fine i guess not much i could do it was there mistake..born on july 12 still !!!

When i had my baby Kelli my dad told me that she had to have her own b-day and he did not want me to have her on his b-day she was bone on Jan 1 of 01 so her b-day is 01/01/01

Good thinking on the pellets. Friends can be the worst about paying debts back sometimes.

Amy had Gage c-section after 16 hour labor. One Gyno Dr went off and another came in. He said "well, do you want to wait a few more hours and let him be born on your birthday?' OMG!!! That is not something you ask a pregnant lady who has been in labor that long!!! I thought she was going to come out of the bed and clobber him. She said, "NO!" I want him to have his own birthday so you get busy and do your job!" He said, "Yes, Ma'am!" LOL

i know she has asked me a few times for a bottle of them but i am not sure i want to do that.. i would but i just do not want to be out the pellets and my money i need both bottles.. she sent me an e-mail and asked me to get her a bottle and she would pay me but i did not do it i had money for mine not hers also..

Hope your D.D. has a great b-day and your sweet grandson also.. so sweet that there b-days are so close.

I wouldn't sell them to her unless she has the money for them. I know that may sound mean but that is just good business and you work too hard for your money.

i hope so i order them i have a friend that wants a bottle and i may have to sell her one of mine she do not have the money to get any right now i am not sure if i want to do that or not i may never see my money..

I do like the pellets and they work fine.
