1. Nutrition: only 1 fruit, unless I count the fruit in my Subway Yogurt Parfait (not sure if there's enough there). I did get more veggies - Veggie Delight sub for lunch (lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickles, cucumbers, black olives). For supper we ate at Bravo's and I got the Penne Mediterranean which had tomatoes, spinach, and itty-bitty onions. Very yummy!

Nutrition: Stayed close to my calories. No drinks.

1. Nutrition: I've been doing very well with my eating lately. I've gotten back to lots of veggies and fruits, even drinking my "green sludge" with breakfast.
2. Fitness: Streak is still alive, and today I jogged 3 miles straight, so I can still do it!

Goals for August:

1. Nutrition: low carb, stressing veggies and fruits
2. Fitness: restarting my program: cardio (mostly jogging and walking, increasing my jogging distances), weights/resistance, and stretching. Also keeping my streak of 10 min per day of exercise going.
I think I'm just going to focus on those two goals.

Nutrition: continue focusing on my fruits and veggies and cutting back on sodium.

Fitness: Continuing with Turbo Fire. I actually start the Advanced Cardio program on Friday (that means some new workouts!).

Personal: continue working on my cross-stitching and reading. By trying to focus on these, it gets me off of the computer...

I like having goals even if I can't always find time to post.

Nutrition: eat a good/healthy lunch. Continue trying crockpot recipes.
Exercise: Shoot for 10 minutes a day. 500 total month minutes.
Personal: Get some sewing done!!! Must do.
