I finally broke the 150 mark; 149.4:) I was doing so great last fall/winter, then I got a little slack, and gained those lbs back. Have been tracking my foods again, and working out daily (almost), and drinking my 10-12 cups of water. I have not worked out here for a couple days; took those days OFF, as I had been working out continuously for over a week. So today will be my biking day:)
