i'm doing strenth training 3xthis week
i'm doing a short 2 mile run mon and wed
i'm going to try and do a 5 mile run friday - if not in too much pain --if knees too sore i will do a 3 mile run.
i'm going to lose 1-2 lbs this week.

well about my weekly challenge: i did a 5k run yesterday and rode stationary bike x 60 mns and did 1 strenght training exercise.
Thurs - i'll so 1 hr on stationary bike; and i hour strenght training.Fri- i will do another practice 5k
Sat - i will do ihr stationary bike and ihr strenghth training... Then wait till sun day and do my actual 5k first time, road race!! emoticon

I must have ESP because i posted a few days ago that my goals for apr 22-29/09 are:
- do practice 5k run 2x and do actual run april 26

Sign me up for the Hippy Hoppy Challenge and the No Munchie Cheating Challenge for a week! Don't know how good (or bad) I'll do in the No Munchie Challenge though! But I will try!!!

I usually get in 30 min of cardio a day and drink 9 glasses of water so those aren't really challenges to me, but that munchie thing will be and I will try to work real hard to make it!
