My goal for this week is to not snack at work. I work in a restaurant and constantly being around food is very tempting, specially when i get to work hungry. So i'm working on eating before work and bringing my own healthy snacks so when the cheese fries tempt me i can grab my own stuff.

I made my goal of riding 14 miles and burning 600 calories 2 days in a row now.... woo hoo
3/14 I rode 14.0 miles and burned 629 calories Today I rode 14.0 miles and burned 636 calories. I am so proud of my self!!

Make it to the gym after work to swim Tuesday and Thursday and on Saturday for water aerobics. Quit eating cinnamon jelly beans. They are killing my healthy eating plan.

That is a great goal!!! I have found that the tracking is so easy here, and it has helped me during my harder parts of the day to see how I've done through other days!!!
I'm starting my 3rd week and am still working on learning the site, but I"m getting there! If you find any cool little tidbits msg me!!

get all my exercise done.

Monday- arm strength training with Coach Nicole, 1 mile walk OUTSIDE!!!, yoga stretching routine. DONE

Tuesday- 1 mile walk dvd, yoga flexibility routine. DONE

Wednesday- crunchless core routine with Coach Nicole, yoga energizing routine DONE

Thursday- 1 mile walk dvd, yoga strengthening routine DONE

Friday- 60 minute yoga routine OOPS! Missed that one.

Saturday- some kind of cardio, a yoga routine DONE if you count major house cleaning as a cardio routine esp. since my vacuum cleaner does not have self-propelled. LOL yoga-cancelled due to a friend inviting us there for supper.

Sunday- rest-- that was the plan, but maybe some yoga since I missed Friday and Sat. routines.

Thanks for all the good ideas!. Actually,eating less carbs is the only thing that does work for me. My biggest hang up is being an emotional eater. I don' t even know I'm doing it sometimes. ugh! Thanks for the encouragement. I go between this site and FitDay. FitDay has fewer bells and whistles but is faster for me to enter my foods and weight. Basically, it is everything that is here except for the forums.
