Met all my Lenten goals; down 5 pounds, took books for donation, have done exercise 5-6 times per week.

Okay, down my 5 lbs.

Books to library.

exercising 5-6 times per week.

I skipped yoga this morning as I really want to get started on my seedlings. Gotta get out the trays, grow lamps, soil, etc, and start planting. All my seeds want to be planted about 6 weeks before last frost, so I'll accommodate them. Among other things, I'm going to try a 55 day melon.

Here we go!

Down almost 5 pounds, and we got the boxes of books to the library. Yay!!

have been getting to yoga and the gym 5 to 6 times a week. I'm even doing extra yoga, different add-on classes like yoga sidra and yoga nidra.

Can't manage 10,000 steps because of my sciatic nerve issues. I am working on it though and the scale is steady to lower. I got in my 30+ active minutes today so that is something.

Thanks for the goodie! It was needed on a blustery ND day like this! Our bedroom carpet is getting stretched tomorrow so I needed to move things out, vacuum, etc. and I got rid of a bunch of stuff! It felt good!

I hope everyone is staying warm and safe in this weather. At least it's March and spring should be here soon!

Lost about half a pound, have a long ways to go yet.

Attending an almost-all-day sewing session today, so didn't get any exercise in today.

Weigh in for me is tomorrow, so will update that at that time. I haven't thrown any more bags of stuff, but did take some things out of my closet. Walking has been pretty steady at 60 minutes a day.

A caramel roll never hurt anyone, it's eating the whole pan that does it. Besides, if you can't treat yourself occasionally you just end up miserable. I had an apple filled Bismark on Wednesday and still lost two pounds this week.

My goals:
1. Weight loss goal 5 pounds; lost ounces
2. Minimum 30 minutes per day; 60 minutes yesterday
3. Declutter 20 bags; I threw 3 grocery bags of stuff out of bathroom closet on Thursday

2. 100 flights of stairs a week.
Week 1 - done

Update 3/28/17: I have been doing stair on a hit or miss basis. I need to step up the stairs!


3. Destash 25 items:
Our bedroom carpet is getting stretched tomorrow so I had to move and clean. I definitely destached more than 25 items. It felt great!

Update on 3/28/17: I took one huge garbage bag and three grocery sacks of stuff to our church for the annual youth rummage sale. Yippee!
