Sounds like a good challenge. I actually asked about this on your other post, sorry about that. I have not posted on the ND thread in a long time, hope you don't mind if I join this challenge.

1. Exercise minimum of 30 minutes daily.
2. Lose 5 pounds.
3. Get rid of 20 bags of things whether donated or thrown.

Lose 5 pounds

Decluttering goal: get books to donate to library.

So the forty days comes from Lent but as with New Years it's traditionally seen as a time of renewal and change.
So the challenge is 3 fold.
1 set a weight loss goal. Mine is 5 pounds.
2. Set and exercise goal, mine is 10,000 steps and 30 active minute according to my fit bit
3 Set a decluttering goal. Set this in terms of boxes or bags of garbage, giveaways or items for good will/thrift donation. Mine is 20 bags or boxes.
Report in the reporting thread.
