Starting weight:??5.8
Sorry I am not posting my real weight anywhere right now.

Weight loss goal for March: 8 pounds. That's what I managed in Feb and I am hoping for that again!

March 7 --6.4 Not happy but I am pretty sure I am on track and the scale will catch up.

March 14 __3.8 did get cardio and weight in this week

March 21 __3.8 this was on the 22nd after a week on the road. Maintaining is probably great.
I have recently cleaned out a lot of expired items in my pantry and fridge. Most trigger foods are also gone. This was not done this week though

March 28 __7.3 oops. Actually I am female again so this might be a factor.

Weight loss goal for March: 4 pounds

I hope I am doing this right.

March 7 - 157

March 14 - 156.2

I was able to do strength training 3 times last week and cardio 7 times. I also stayed out the the candy jar at work.

My plan for this week besides what's outlined by Carol: Track food eaten at least three times this week. No candy from the work candy jar.

March 7 - 193.2

March 14 - 191.6. Got in cardio 5 days and did strengthening only 2 days.

March 21 - 189.4 Cleaned out my cupboards on Sat. and got rid of all temptations...WooHoo!!!

March 28 - 188.0 didn't meet my 10 pounds goal but at least I lost 8....I'll take that!!!

Weight loss goal for March: 5 pounds. Plan - track all food and get to yoga 3 times a week.

March 14 192.4 Got in Cardio 3 times this week, but blew it on strength. Succumbed to no bake chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies, but no more than 1 per day.

March 21 192.4 finished cleaning cupboards

I read an article in Authority Nutrition (online reliable nutrition source) talking about how saccharin, nutrasweet, and some other sugar substitutes actually change the gut biome so that diabetics have MORE problems with blood sugar spikes, not fewer. I haven't had any diet pop in more than a month. I'm not saying I feel any better, I just decided that if I was going to use a non-sucrose sweetener, I'd use Stevia, which really is squeezed from plants.
