Actually, I'd planned for March 7 to be starting weight and weigh in. I put in my weight as of yesterday, as it's the lowest I've been in a long long time and I'm determined not to regain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If March 7th is the first weigh in do you want a starting weight tomorrow?

Hi everybody! Time to look at some new challenges in March. Our beginning weigh in will be March 7. Between now and then you should be thinking about a) your weight loss goal for the month, and b) your plan for achieving this. On the March challenge report form (not here), record your starting weight, your loss goal, and your plan. You'll get one point for listing your starting weight, one point for your goal and one point for your plan. The points champion for the week will get a Goodie!

Week 2 weigh in, March 14. Between March 7 and week 14, do cardio 3 times in that week, plus strength training 2 times. For each activity finished, one point.

Week 3 weigh in, March 21. Between March 14 and 21, clean out your fridge or cupboards of old or expired foods, spices, etc and get rid of stuff you know you really should be avoiding. It's okay if you have to keep cookies or whatever for your loved ones. One point for getting rid of all the old, unused stuff; one point for getting rid of temptation or trigger foods.

Week 4 weigh in, March 28. Between March 21 and 28, read and share (summarize or post a link) to a health related article that has special importance for you.

On March 31, I'll post the overall points champion (I won't say winner, we're all winners since we're trying) in this thread, and award Goodies. Remember, post your weights and tasks completed on the report thread. It's much easier to check there than in the chat threads.
