lost 3.3 pounds in February, so didn't meet my goal of 5 lbs. Oh, well, tomorrow is another day!

February 1st -
Weight = 149#

February 28th -
Weight = 144.8# (down 4.2#)

Ended with 4.2#'s lost, but I'll take it!

Carol, we rotate call a week at a time between 6 nurses, and we are on call anytime the center is closed (so nights and weekends). It's pretty unusual to get called in in the middle of the night, but we usually are there on Saturdays for at least 1 or 2 scans. If you're considering coming out of retirement, you could see about PRN up there...lol, we're always fishing for good nurses. For PRN, you just have to make yourself available so many hours a pay period (I think 8), and they either take you up on it or not. If you're asked to pick up, it's totally up to you. Everyone is really good about switching call weeks too.

Hi everyone! Great job to those that lost weight in February. I didn't lose weight, but I did walk/run 62.447 miles. This was about a 20 mile increase from February! I am looking forward to the March challenge.

That's Great, NL!! emoticon 9 pounds in a month is awesome, and I'm proud of you!

I'm down another 1.2 pounds from yesterday, finally below 195 (194.8) after years of messing around. I'm very happy about that, despite it probably being attributable to my illness and no appetite. But I'm only down 1.8 pounds for February. Oh well. I didn't get to yoga at all last week due to this horrendous cold (hubby says he's never seen me this sick) and I may not get to yoga this week either, as every deep breath brings on a coughing fit where I sound like a braying ass! It's down in my lungs, now. I shouldn't be getting sick like this at all! I don't go to work anymore!

Did you read my mail about the March guidelines?

I am actually down 8 pounds in a month.
Counting pretty casually I think I am at 46 or 48 milles of exercise for the month and I should get 3 in today.
I feel good about my months progress for the first time in a long time.
Carol you need to help me keep the momentum going!

Back down again this a.m. I'm past hormonal bloat (boy was that nasty), but I bloat for other reasons. emoticon Don't always know why, either.

I said 'sew my lips shut' cuz I figured I could still slurp milkshakes if my jaws were wired shut. emoticon

Today I did home yoga, and will eat a salad for lunch. I planned what I'm going to eat for supper including plugging in my carbohydrates ahead of time. I'll let you folks know how that works. I've never done this before without going off-plan.

Really not doing well despite exercise and watching carbs. Maybe I'll be down by the end of the month?
