I am glad to see I am not the only one feeling frustrated. I have been trying to be careful what I eat and have been doing intense work outs almost every day and the scale is not my friend. I know I need to focus on my fitness and mental health but sometimes I let the scale rule my emotions.

That's what it feels like for me, anyway. Scales are evil! I can better tell how I'm doing by my body fat percentage, and by how I feel in my clothes. Really. I'm up 2 one day and down 2 the next!

I feel like I should do some holiday baking, but really, neither DH nor I need anything. What's everybody else doing?

Sorry to disappoint, my ND friends - but I am up in weight after Thanksgiving. I'm pretty sure the calories triple in the Bismarck area! To make up for it I'm joining the gym today.

I'm not sure about you folks, but I like the idea of listing our total overall -- it's like taking a peak at the balance of a checkbook without getting into all the details.

I'm also a part of a couple MN teams. One of them does something like a pounds difference / total pounds change such as this:

RightWithShadow +.4 / -1.6

Just throwing some ideas into the pot ;-)
