The pb dip does sound good.
I did pretty good on veggies this week because I kind of overdid the whole use up the zucchini thing.
!/2 cup of cooked veggies or 1 cup leafy greens is a serving.
Generally one small to med. apple or other round fruit is a serving If I have large banana's I sometimes count as 2. Generally one but really an 8 to 9 inch banana is a whole cup of food.
Need to get back to the ironing board

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR

I'm afraid I have an unfair advantage. The Chinese girls that we have made friends with cook for us and it is mostly veggies. I also found a peanut butter dip in my Cooking Light cookbook that we have been dipping fruit into. That could be a big part of my loss this last week.

2 CUPS of vegetables is easier for me to measure than 5 freggies daily as I don't know how much broccoli to count as 1 vegetable, for example.

Let's stay with the 2 cups of vegetables as NO ONE tracked this yet that I have seen.
Now lets be honest and say that includes me.
I am going to try hard this week though!
