As I said in chat this will be for 2 weeks. I may be scarce the next week while we are vacationing.
One of the persistent points on lists of weight control tips is tracking your food intake.
So the challenge for the next 2 weeks is to track your food and exercise for 3 days each week and compare your calories in and calories out.
For me this was a good accountability thing when I was actively losing weight.
