This week I walked, did treadmill, hiked, danced, and something else I don't know what to call it, but this challenge inspired me to purchase a few things so I bought a weighted rubber ball 5 pound size and used it to do a controlled toss to my daughter (14 year old) back and forth for upper arm toning, I tried to hula hoop, but was afraid I'd pee myself...yeah I just said that... emoticon I was laughing pretty hard during it, and I also bought a jump rope for myself, but have not used it yet. Also did strength training with hand weights.

So far I have biked, walked, and done elliptical. I am planning to get some water exercise in too.
Not sure what else I am really up for. I could do a fitness class I guess.
Maybe Nordic walking. We'll have to see.

This is the Crosstraining challenge
Idea is to do as many different kinds of exercise as you can this week.
Meet the challenge by doing 3.

I walked one mile
and biked 11 today so I have two right now.
If I swim or do elliptical I will have it.
Bonus goodie for the person with the most different exercises!
