So Monday is reporting day and the start of the Weekly challenge for the week of June 8th.
I will bump this thread down with the new challenge sometime tomorrow but so you all know the challenge it's 3 servings of vegetables a day.
That's right not fruits, veggies. Lower in sugar and not as craveable vegetables are often consumed in lesser quantities than fruits.
For this challenge, potatoes do not count.
I did manage 30 minutes or more of cardio a day. Friday was a little sketchy because it was so busy for me but I did clean and pack and load my car and care for the pets so they could be left for a weekend. That has to be more than 30 minutes of cardio even if its not formal.
Cardio on!

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR

The challenge for the 1st week of June is 30 minutes of cardio per day this week!
Can be anything that maintains activity vigorous enough to raise your heart beat.
Gardening and house work are fine if they are involved enough to keep up your heart rate.
Report back on the 8th and check for the June 8 challenge.
