Hey all,
I think we know what we need to do to lose some pounds.
We have about 3 weeks left.
Lets focus on doing the next right thing on our list and try and lose a couple more pounds this month, or a couple anyway if you have been as good at this as I have!

I lost track of reporting I haven't even weighed myself for like three weeks! I keep having to run every weekend and don't get back until late Monday. I like to weigh in on Mondays and now have skipped it all together! Yikes! I will weigh in next Monday for sure and check in.

I have 13.8 pounds to go to goal by Aug 31. Don't think I'll hit my goal by then, but at least I'm going in the right direction.

I didn't measure, but I'm pretty sure I got my 2 cups of freggies at least 4 of the 7 days, as I was eating fresh snow peas, lettuce, and green beans by the handful, and did frozen berries in smoothies twice for breakfast.

Not bad, for me! emoticon 20/ -6.2/ 13.8

I am doing an early weigh in because I will be on vacation for the next week and unable to track much, if any. Today, August 1: 10/4.6/5.4. I've lost another 2 pounds. I'll probably gain it all back this next week, but that's ok. I'll hit it hard again when I get home. Have a good week!

emoticon Gained about a half a pound (0.4). I know why, not enough exercise! That really seems to count for me. Tracking my intake has always been difficult for me. I do well up until about 3 in the afternoon, and then *poof*, I stop. Probably why I gained this week, too.

Weight stayed the same - 10/2.4/7.6. Bummer. I did track better this week and for 3 days, ranged from 79 calories under my limit to 226 under, but I still didn't lose any weight. I probably should check some of my portion sizes. I hope everyone has a great week!

Good afternoon. I know I don't need to report today, but I am still going to since I've looked at my last week's efforts. The numbers are:
10/2.4/7.6 (I realize last week's math is wrong).

Anyway, I tracked my food and exercise for at least 3 days the results are that I ate 206, 217 and 289 calories less than I used. However, the still didn't add up to any weight loss, probably due to the days that I didn't track and the day going to the state fair. I am going to try better to stay on track this week.

I did have fun with this challenge. As usual, I ran and walked. I even went back to Body Pump (group weight class) that I hadn't done for a couple of weeks. Then I biked, did yoga, pilates, the elliptical, a stair stepper machine and an ab emoticon workout. Some of these other ones were only 10 minutes each, but it was fun to try the. Thanks.

emoticon Stayed the same this past week. Will work harder on exercise - will have to do more strength training as my cardio, which is walking, hurts my hip if I go over 5000 steps, apparently.

10/2.6/7.4. Yippee! I lost a bit of weight this week! Must have been all of the colorful fruits and veggies! I ate red, orange and yellow peppers, green lettuce, violet grapes and onions, blue blueberries and white bananas. I think I it all of the colors listed in the challenge. Can't wait to see what's next!

June 22, 2015: 10/0/10. This not losing any weight is a bit frustrating. However, hubby and I did indulge a bit this past week and both of our kids were out of town at various events so we took advantage of it and went out for more treats than usual. I will keep working.

I did meet the water challenge. I am usually a good water drinker, but I found that by tracking, I am always good at getting the first 6 cups down. It's the last 2 (or more) that are a bit of a challenge. I learned something about myself by doing this. Can't wait for the next challenge!

However, I did lose the 1/2 pound I gained last week, but that just brings me back to zero.

I did eat at least 3 servings of veggies each day last week. Five of the days they were a least 3 different colors, but two of the days they weren't.

I, too, am up about .5 pounds. Must have been the wedding reception and different graduation open houses.

I did, however, get in at least 30 minutes of cardio this week - each and every day!

You are right - this is a new week. However, it's been a stressful day at work so the eating hasn't been very good.
