Here we go!
Revamping all the forums in this thread tonight.
I am so ready to shed some pounds.
30/0/30
This is my goal.
First number is my weight loss goal for the summer. Second number is pounds lost. Third number is pound remaining to reach goal. If you are amazing and lose extra pounds this can become negative.
Thought for all of you. There is a weight that is too small for any individual. There is also a weight loss rate that is too high. At my current weight (note undisclosed) I feel that 10 pounds a month is safe and reasonable. Maybe much less is better for you. Aim for health.
I would think that 30 pounds for the summer might be a maximum though I could fathom someone might manage 36 which is 12 pounds a month in a reasonably healthy manor.
I don't want any crash dieters. Think life change.
Forums change tonight.
Like the Ma da Hey challenge I would love it if you copy and paste your post on this into a new post each week with relavent changes.
Challenge starts on a Monday so I am encouraging Monday posts but that is not a rule. May the foods be ever in your favor!
