Tomorrow is DAY one.
Please count your exercise as miles to keep everyone on the same system.
Check the mileage equivalents if you have questions.
One should either count Pedometer steps 2000= 1mile or their exercise equivalents, not both unless you remove your pedometer while working out.
The goal is to complete the span of the Maa Da Hey Trail in western ND which is 96 miles between now and April 30th. If your ambitious complete it multiple times.
Spark Goodies will be awarded at 10, 25, 50 75 and 96 miles and going forward beyond by 25 mile increments.
The format that has worked best for me with past challenges here and on other teams is a running total that you post daily as you exercise. So I would post
NewLibrarian 2 miles.
The next day I would post
Newlibrarian 2 miles + 2 miles = 4 total
the next day
Newlibrarian 4 miles + 3 miles = 7 total

This way everyone records their own miles and I can scroll through, check and award spark goodies as they are earned with ease.
