Outdoor cycling less than 10mph 20 minutes= 1mile
10-12 mph 12 min = 1 mile
12 -14 mph 10 min = 1mile
14 - 16 mph 7.5 min = 1 mile
over 16 mph 6.5 min = 1mile

Playing tennis 11 min = 1mile
Swimming slow to mod. 11 min = 1 mile
vigorous effort 7.5 min = 1 mile
Roller Blading 6.5 min = 1 mile
Moderate housework (continuous) 30 min = 1mile
Elliptical 12 min = 1mile
weight training no rest 13 min = 1 mile
weight training with rest 25 min = 1 mile
low impact aerobics 15 minutes = 1 mile
high impact aerobics 12 minutes = 1 mile

walking or running miles as measured
If you use a pedometer 2000 steps = 1 mile

We could use these equivalents on our Spring Trail challenge? And how many steps = 1 mile?
