happy sunday all! I am super tired from not sleeping well on a leaky air mattress in my living room last night (long story, don't ask, lol!), so i'll try to make this challenge message short & sweet.

as before, this challenge is adapted from another I saw posted on a different groups' challenge board, so I take no responsibility for creating this. do you think I'd be able to think of something like this on my own when I am this tired? haha.

These next two weeks we will focus on our successes. Ones that we've already had, ones that we're getting close to and ones that we're aiming for. Ask yourself how you know/will know that you're making progress - maybe you can walk further, or faster, maybe you eat more fresh fruits & veggies, maybe you've gained confidence... whatever the answers, they're your successes. Now you need to exercise your brain! You need to fit your success into 6 words - no more, no less!

Examples:
With healthier diet, lower blood pressure.
Now I can bike, run, breathe.

Now it's your turn! Can you come up with your own 6 word success story? Can you write one every day? Can you do more than one a day? Share your successes here and let's celebrate!
