Shoot, I'm on another team that's weighing in weekly, so I'll have to bow out of this challenge. When I had less weight to lose, I could always tell in my clothes. Now, with my middle age spread, the losses are slower, and I've put on the dreaded belly fat.

Hi all, happy Sunday!

The challenge is this: DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF.

Wait, what?

Let me explain... I have been struggling personally when it comes to weigh-in time. I've either gained 3-4 lbs or only lost less than a pound, & it is sooooooooooooo disheartening!!!!! :( So, I'm challenging myself, and all of you, to not weigh ourselves for the next two weeks, or more! I typically weigh in once a week, so I won't be doing that this week or next! I do have a doctor's appointment next week, so I can't avoid it there, but I am going to challenge myself to resist the urge at home! I've got to realize (and we all do!) that it is not all about the number on the scale! It's also about how we feel, how we are working out, what we are putting in to our bodies. Let's focus on those things this week, team!

What about you? Are you up for the challenge? How often do you typically weigh yourself?
