I'm on day 7. So far so good. the day's workout for me sometime is walking around the grocery store, or doing an ab circuit or something. doesn't have to be something fancy, just get the job done, lol. :)

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaappy Sunday all! Can you believe it? I'm posting the new challenge on the day it's supposed to start! What a concept!!!! Haha. :)

Anywhoo.

Challenge this week: Check out Work It Out 100.

What is Work It Out 100? Taken from their website's about page:

"The only rule for this challenge is that you need to work out every day for 100 days. A workout can be anything. Everyday doesn’t have to be a super intense— sweat flying, muscles burning workout. Our motto for this challenge is: Get Up & Move! A workout could be a run, weightlifting, yoga, a dance class, etc. We want to stress that the body definitely needs “rest” days. On a “rest” day, we encourage you to do some type of light activity such as a walk outside or some light stretching.

If you are on Instagram, be sure to follow our @workitout100 page and when you post any fitness related posts, be sure to include #workitout100 on your posts so we can follow along your journey. We are also on Twitter (@workitout100) and we update that quite often with new workouts and motivation.

The other important thing to do when jumping on board the #workitout100 challenge is to “sign-up” here on our website with your name and desired start date. We stay on top of everyone’s journey and send positive and encouraging messages regularly.

Our mission for this challenge is to give you a great base for working out. After 100 days of working out, your health/fitness is going to be in a great place and you will feel proud of the challenge you have just completed. We are more than positive that it will become such a lifestyle and habit, that you will want to continue working out and devoting time to your health/fitness."
