emoticon Ugh. I've been sick all week with the worst cold I've had in a long time. Of course I went to work - that's where I got it in the first place! So the most I'd could do this week was walk back and forth to my car. No structured exercise. Now I'm an ad for Mucinex!

I started a new workout DVD series for Feb. and am going to the gym to get my steps in. I hope it makes February go by fast. Feb. is the hardest month for me to get through. I did receive a seed catalog in the mail and it really boosted my spirits. LOL It's the little things in life that bring the most joy.

your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is this. try a new exercise. have you been walking on the treadmill? try running. have you been doing a recumbent bike? try an elliptical machine. been doing the same workout dvd for a while? try a new one! you never know what's out there until you try! who knows, you may love it!
